This community is large and comprises
roughly 456 homes. The topography is level to slightly rolling
and gently winding streets. The community features a lake in the
middle and beyond the lake, well inside the community is the
swim and tennis facilities. The swimming pool area was very
active when I took pictures on a weekend. Sugar Mill was built
in the early to late 90’s and is one of the most desirable
neighborhoods in North Fulton. Bonus: walk to
