The community is small to medium in size,
made up of roughly 185 homes. The topography is mostly level and
softly winding streets. The swim and tennis facility is just
inside the subdivision a couple streets down to the right.
Pulte, a major national developer, built these homes during the
early 90’s and features nice, traditional floor plans. The
developer did not clear cut the community as was commonplace
from the mid 90’s on so many homes feature mature trees in their
backyards. This is the case with most communities built prior to
