Seven Oaks
Subdivision Tour
Northview high school district
This community is large, comprising of roughly 650 homes and
situated on 570 wooded acres of land. There is only one entrance
into the subdivision and 32 cul-de-sac streets making for a safe
neighborhood. The topography is level to softly rolling and
gently winding streets. The entrance into the subdivision is
breathtaking, a softly winding street with an expansive green
lawn bordered with woods, followed with a lake where ducks,
geese and even swans make their home. The focal point of this
stocked small lake is a lovely fountain. An area in front of the
lake was groomed a few years back and adorned with park benches
to enjoy watching the water fowl or to fish. Just beyond the
lake is the Oaks Club where the pool, 8 lighted tennis courts,
sport court are located. Seven Oaks has a lovely clubhouse with
plenty of room to host gatherings. It also has a junior Olympic
pool and their 175 member Tsunamis swim team. Seven Oaks also
has a soccer field used for the Johns Creek Methodist soccer
league where 14 different neighborhoods compete. It is perhaps
one of the most coveted places to live in all of North Fulton
because besides its beauty and extensive organized and planned
activities throughout the year, the homes sit on good size lots
and feature sidewalks. Construction on the community started in
the early 90’s primarily and some homes in the last phase were
completed in the early 2000’s. Bonus: evening live roving
security patrol to keep an eye on your rascal teenager!
