This
community is medium sized at roughly 284 homes. The subdivision
is very attractive and clean, with winding streets and rolling
topography. It is within walking distance to the grocery store.
These homes were built in the late 90’s. The swim and tennis
facility is just a ways in past the entrance, plus another
athletic area further into the subdivision at the back includes
another set of tennis courts, a play area, and basketball court.
There is also a soccer-size field and nice area to walk the dog.
Home prices range from $400K to over $500K.
