This
community is large with approximately 600 homes. The topography
is gently winding and level to rolling. The homes were built in
the late 80’s to mid 90’s, with exception to the higher end
which were built in the late 90’s. There are two swim and tennis
facilities within the community, and one pond. The swimming pool
has a water slide. Medlock Bridge is a very desirable, family
community. The pool was very active on a summer weekend when I
was taking pictures. Medlock has a variety of activities and
clubs. Bonus: the elementary school is the other right as you
drive into one of the many entrances, and the fire station is
next door. Depending on where you live in the neighborhood, you
can walk to Mellow Mushroom pizza for dinner!
