This
is a small to medium size community with roughly 167 homes.
These homes were built by Ashton Woods Homes, a major quality
production builder. Very attractive homes and floor plans. The
swim and tennis facilities are inside the subdivision at the
first stop sign as you drive in. The prices in this neighborhood
sky rocketed from the 200’s to the 400’s a few years ago, but
prices have come down now. It is desirable because the streets
are gently winding and the lots are level, but also because the
homes have space between them and the backyards are pretty
spacious. There is a small lake with a fountain on the left you
can enjoy as you drive into the neighborhood. It is within
walking distance to the grocery store, the pharmacy, Riverside
Pizza, and other shops.
