This
is a small to medium size community of roughly 167 homes. The
topography is winding streets and level to gently rolling. The
swim and tennis facilities are located within the community.
Very clean neighborhood. If you were to follow the main road
west from this subdivision, you would connect with North Point
Parkway which takes you to the Northpoint Mall. Bonus: you can
literally walk to the elementary school as it is located to the
right as you enter the subdivision. Also, if you enjoy bike
riding, walking the dog, nature, jogging, etc. you are within
walking distance of the access to the 6 mile
Big Creek Greenway!
