Johns Creek offers a wide range of residential, retail and hotel options all without leaving the Park. In addition, Johns Creek is strategically located amongst several high-end residential communities, shopping destinations, great restaurants and upscale hotel alternatives.
The commitment to quality and innovation that has made TPA Realty Services a leading master planner is reflected in the major awards Johns Creek has garnered. Perhaps the most prestigious is the Prix d’Excellence from the FIABCI (the French acronym for International Real Estate Federation) for being the best office and industrial project in the world. In making the award, the multi-national judging panel observed that Johns Creek “has not sacrificed quality of expediency in any aspect.”
TPA Realty Services is also dedicated to helping tenants offer their employees a comprehensive experience that includes community involvement efforts such as toy drives and blood drives, which are widely admired as a uniquely attractive tenant amenity.
In all, more than 1,000 employees and 85 companies take part in sports in any give year. In addition, the size of Johns Creek and other parks make them popular choices such as the Johns Creek Criterium cycling event and New Year’s Resolution Run.
Each quarter, we host blood drives that typically rank first in participation for Metro Atlanta office parks. Through our annual toy drive in December, we collect thousands of toys to brighten holidays for local families. Employees value the opportunity to participate in recreational as well as community oriented programs providing a forum to network with people from other companies in the parks.
