This
is a medium size community of roughly 247 homes built in the
early to mid 90’s. The topography is level to gently rolling and
fairly straight streets in most places but some winding. The
swim and tennis facilities are located past the entrance several
blocks on the left. Notable of this community is the deep sense
of community. It’s rare you see homes sell in here. Great family
atmosphere for this price point. Bonus: From here you can
actually walk to the grocery store! And if you want your child
to take swim lessons or join a swim team, the
Dynamo swim club is within walking
distance just outside the subdivision. And an extra bonus is the
Ocee Public Library is just across the
street!
