Alpharetta high school district.
This
is a small subdivision of roughly 124 homes. The topography is
level in some areas and slightly hilly in others and the streets
are pleasantly winding. These homes were built in the mid to
late 90’s. Lot sizes are average. The swim and tennis facilities
are located at the front of the community just past the entrance
on the right. Well inside the community at the back is a
secondary playground with benches for parents to relax while
watching their children. Park Bridge is a general area of
neighborhoods adjacent to Windward neighborhoods. It features a
nice, gently winding paved path through a wooded area which is
perfect for taking the dog for a walk. Bonus: Just down the
street (Webb Bridge Road) is Webb Bridge Park which features 3
soccer fields, 4 baseball fields, 4 tennis courts, a walking
trail, concession stands, picnic pavilion, and the Webb Zone
Playground.
