Alpharetta high school district.
This is a large subdivision of roughly 474
executive homes, developed by Jim Cowart. These homes were built
in the late 90’s. The topography is level to softly rolling and
gently winding streets. The swim and tennis facilities are
located at the end of the entrance to the community where you
will also find a splash pool for the children. The Old
English-style clubhouse features a fireplace, kitchen, and
entertainment area for hosting community gatherings. Also, a
secondary tennis, sports court and Tot Lot (playground) facility
is located within the community. The clubhouse includes a pro
shop, a
RESIDENT PRO and many tennis
instructors. The community has their own swim team, the Gators.
They are proud of both their ALTA and USTA champion teams.
Notable about this subdivision is the phenomenal amenities and
the fact the architecture of the homes lends a very “clean” and
attractive appeal. Lots are good size. Home prices run between
$400K and $600K.
