Creek high school district (new high school opens fall of 2009)
This
is a large subdivision of roughly 409 homes. The topography is
level to softly rolling and gently winding streets. These homes
were built in the mid to late 80’s primarily and some into the
late 90’s and because of this the lots are larger than those
built in the 90’s and beyond. The swim and tennis facilities are
located well inside the community. Notable about this community
is that many homes sit on very large lots (3/4 to one acre) with
a lot of space between many homes. Home prices average between
$350K and $600K
