This
is a perfectly level subdivision of roughly 253 homes so it is
considered a medium-sized community. The swim and tennis
facilities are located at the end of the main street leading
into the subdivision. This community was built in the early
2000’s. The homes have good size front and back yards, and there
is a fair amount of space between homes. For someone wanting
level topography, this is one of the best communities from that
perspective. The community is located right off McGinnis Ferry,
a two-lane main road that is currently under a 4-lane expansion
due for completion in a couple of years. Home prices range from
$265K to $499K
