street from the prestigious St. Marlo Golf & Country Club. It is
level to softly rolling topography, comprising a few streets and
cul-de-sacs. The swim and tennis facilities are located at the
back of the subdivision and there is a “mushroom fountain”, an
addition to communities that were started around year 2004 which
